At MISSION Boat Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is processed without delay.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
